The assortment of five shellfish sushi includes surf clam, scallop, Whelk, Ark Shell, Hand-Rolled Shellfish Tissue (clam rope). On my second visit, the shop had run out of whelk and the clam rope sushi but prepared a three piece set for my enjoyment. On my third visit the dish was sold out.
The three piece silver skinned fish sushi includes Horse mackerel, Marinated mackerel and Today's special shiny fish (braided gizzard shad).
A real standout was the five pieces of sudachi (a small, green Japanese citrus fruit) salt sushi: Octopus, Scallops, Red Sea Bream, Flounder, Squid. A delicious and subtle assortment.
Five pieces of seared sushi: salmon, flounder fin, shrimp, bluefin tuna, and octopus.
Five pieces of tuna: Pure lean tuna, Bluefin tuna, grilled fatty tuna, fatty tuna, fatty tuna w/ takuan pickle hand roll.
