神田猿楽町 Kanda Sarugaku-chō Otoko-zaka & Onna-zaka [Men's Slope & Women's Slope]
The Sarugaku-chō district was formerly called 駿河台 Surugadai.

〒101-0064 東京都千代田区神田猿楽町1丁目6−3 Kanda Sarugaku-chō
While there are many shrines and temples with Men's slope and Women's slope stairs, the pair found in the Kanda Sarugaku-cho neighborhood, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo is the only pair without a divine association (to my knowledge). In keeping with the traditions of such pairs of stairs, the Men's slope is a pair of steep flights (with a single small landing) while the Women's slope stairs are divided into three angled stair cases (with two wide landings) making the climb (or descent) a gentler affair compared to the Men's slope stairs. The Women's slope stairs are 375 ft. North West of the Men's slope stairs.

A close examination of the Men's slope marker (detail above) and the Women's Slope markers will reveal the characters for 駿河台 Surugadai next to the slope (stairs) name.

Japanese scholar and essayist 山崎美成 Yamazaki Yoshishige (1796-1856) in his work 『金杉日記』 Kanasugi nikki [diary]
mentions the nearby 天王寺 Tennōji [temple] and the 「幸庵坂」 Koan-zaka slope (Edo Era name of the Momiji-zaka), the fall foliage at the base of the slope and being warmed by sake in the woods.
